Milk: There have been a lot of concerns about whether or not milk is actually good for children. The truth of the matter is that it is extremely food for children. Milk is packed full of calcium (which makes children grow stronger!) and proteins and Vitamin D. These are all essential to giving your children strong bones and teeth.

Tuna: While children might not like fish they all love tuna. You can buy shredded tuna or make the shredded tuna yourself. These are fantastic for a quick tuna and mayonnaise sandwich. The reason why tuna is so popular is that it is full of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins and minerals. The recommended weekly allowance for tuna should be twice a week.

Vegetables: Different vegetables provide different benefits to your child. Try to make half of the meal at least vegetables so that your child can grow health and strong.
